Well, this is long overdue, but it needs to be done! Dang Harris Design has welcomed its first intern, a talented designer from my own alma mater, Lansing Community College. His name is Kameron Chauvez, and he’s provided a little more background info on himself:
I am a 26 year old musician turned design student who hails from Muskegon, MI but currently calls Lansing my home. I have one more semester left at Lansing Community College and then I will have my associates degree in Graphic Communication. My passion for design allows me to constantly crave learning new things about all aspects of the field and I feel as though I have a lifetime of study ahead of me. In my free time, I’m usually behind my drums. It’s where I feel the most creative and expressive, and I find that it inspires me to approach every day as an opportunity to grow not just as a drummer or designer, but to grow as a better human overall.
It’s been an awesome experience working with him so far, and I’ll be looking forward to showing off his accomplishments and contributions at the end of his internship. In the meantime, take a look at his personal portfolio here!
